Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all items returned to us within our 14-day return policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the order is in its original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition, and in its original packaging. We will consider the condition of the items being returned when making a refund.
To start a return, please contact us at info@elderornotskincare.com. Please provide your customer order number and details of the goods which are being returned.
When your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our returns department. We recommend that you return your items by recorded or tracked delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is approved. You will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund too.
We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Damaged items
Please inspect your order carefully on receipt and contact us straight away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can make the issue right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
