Within a few weeks of using it my redness and blemishes decreased and with regular maintenance with it my acne is gone. This is a great light weight cream. My skin can be prone to oily on the T zone but this silky easily absorbed cream is just perfect. Only a small amount is needed so it lasts for ages.
