Our products are made in beautiful Perthshire, Scotland, United Kingdom.

We believe in ingredient transparency and are dedicated to sourcing the highest quality natural and organic ingredients available. We use natural origin, organic and wild harvested ingredients. Many, but not all of our raw ingredients have organic certification. All of our ingredients are accepted in natural cosmetic formulation and/or approved for organic cosmetic formulation. Elder Or Not, as a company, do not hold organic certification.

We use sustainable raw ingredients that are plant based, natural origin, organic and wild harvested and do not have harmful effects on ecosystems. We are committed to environmental responsibility and opt for sustainable packaging materials wherever possible. Conserving resources and reducing waste are important to us. We embrace simplicity and avoid excessive packaging.

Ingredients of cosmetic products, by law, must be listed on the packaging of each individual product. We believe in ingredient transparency and are proud to share detailed information about all our gorgeous, plant based ingredients on the 'Our Ingredients' page. We create high-performance skincare. For maximum efficacy we incorporate many water and oil based ingredients and extracts to tackle skin issues from all angles.

We do not add any SPF to our skincare. If you are going to spend lengthy periods of time outdoors, we recommend applying sunscreen on top of your moisturiser.

Our Pause & Balance range is designed for perimenopausal and menopausal skin. Women can start to experience symptoms of perimenopause any time during their 40's or in some cases even earlier. We recommend Winter Cream, Rose Renew and Regenerate+ Facial Concentrate for ages 45 upwards, and earlier if you have dry skin.

All the Elder Or Not Skincare products work together as a skincare system or individually to suit you and your preferred skincare regime. Each of our products is packed with botanical all natural goodness. For maximum results, we recommend using the products as a skincare system and layering Regenerate+ Facial Concentrate with Rose Renew or Winter Cream.

Skin cells take on average 28 days to renew and longer as you age. You should notice reduced irritations and improvement in the moisture and hydration levels of your skin sooner than this. For improvement with fine lines, firmness, skin brightening effects, and balancing of hormonal skin continue daily use for at least 6 weeks.

If you have some Winter Cream left and wish to switch to Rose Renew you can continue to use your Winter Cream at night until finished, or store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight for later use. Our products have BBE dates on the label, please check yours if storing for later use.

Yes, we stock Rose Renew year round. Some people with oilier skin types might prefer the feel of Rose Renew through the winter too. We stock both Rose Renew and Winter Cream in smaller 30ml sizes so you can try them out.

We don't stock Winter Cream in the summer months as the texture is too heavy during warm weather. We aim to have Winter Cream back in stock during September each autumn. If you need Winter Cream during the summer it is always worth sending an email to inquire about any existing stock.

We use an inner liner on our glass jars to protect the product and to avoid any spillages during transportation. You can use a dry tissue to remove any residue from the rim of the jar.

Youth Glow is designed for young skin, from young teenagers to young adults. It has a low oil content and will stop the skin from dehydrating, balance skin when going through hormonal changes,  minimise skin irritations, act as an antioxidant to prevent free radical damage and protect the skin against the elements.
